The unfolding turmoil in Greece is serving to underline the major flaw within the Eurozone which is that the area seeks to act like a "United States of Europe" but is not structured to be able to do that. It is a political structure that is unravelling financially. If you have a common currency it surely follows that you need a common Treasury.
However, all of this continues to provide us with all sorts of investment opportunities. The difficult part is that as we are in virtually unprecedented financial conditions investing can be a frightening prospect.
As ever concentrate on the numbers.
